Mark Lloyd appointed as Executive Director

We are pleased to announce that Mark Lloyd CBE will be joining IMPOWER as an Executive Director later this month.

Mark’s focus will be to develop new relationships and business opportunities for IMPOWER. This partnership is a great fit between the company’s 24 years as a public sector transformation partner and Mark’s considerable experience and extensive local government network.
